Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026. Welcome to MeridianCrest Co. (“MeridianCrest,” “we,” or “us”). These terms apply when you use meridiancrestcompany.com or purchase our digital resources and remote professional services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable product description, checkout disclosures, subscription terms and refund policy. Our Privacy Policy governs personal-information practices.
Our services
We offer digital business templates, online consultations, business workflow audits, one-time automation setup, and managed monthly automation memberships. Each offer's description defines included services, limits, prerequisites, pricing and delivery. We do not currently sell or ship physical products.
Orders and payments
Prices are displayed in USD, with applicable taxes and any subscription renewal information shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and use payment methods you are authorized to use. Order acceptance is subject to payment approval and the ability to deliver the described offering; if a technical prerequisite cannot be met, we will discuss a reasonable alternative or remedy for unperformed work.
Recurring memberships
Subscriptions renew every month unless canceled. For details about cancellation, billing and continued access, review the Membership & Subscription Terms. Refund requests are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
Business customers and third-party platforms
Service outcomes require timely onboarding, reasonable cooperation, properly authorized access, and compatible third-party tools. Customers must only use workflows and customer messages they are authorized to send, comply with relevant privacy and communication rules, and honor unsubscribe requests. The cost and terms of outside tools such as CRM, email, booking and messaging services are generally separate.
Digital resource license
Purchased digital templates may be downloaded, edited and used internally in your own business. They may not be resold, publicly redistributed as a competing template collection or falsely attributed to their own creator without permission. You retain rights in original information and content you add to templates. Previously downloaded files cannot be remotely revoked merely because a subscription ends.
Responsible use
Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, sensitive customer records or unauthorized third-party data in ordinary site forms. Use the instructions we provide to coordinate any needed secure system access. We may refuse unlawful or misleading projects.
Limitations and service expectations
We aim to deliver services using commercially reasonable care, but cannot guarantee a number of leads, bookings, sales, revenue or uninterrupted performance of a third-party platform. Templates are general business tools, not personalized legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update terms for future purchases; material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated as required by law. Questions and disputes can be submitted through our Contact page with the relevant order number. Applicable Texas and U.S. law governs, except where mandatory protections of another jurisdiction apply.
