Downloadable templates

The $39 Business Template Starter Pack and $19/month Resource Library Edition 01 ZIP files are attached in Shopify Digital Products. The app is configured to provide their download after a successful purchase. Buyer-side delivery and a completed subscription checkout still need independent verification. If your download is missing or cannot be opened, use our Contact page with your order number.

One-time services

After a consultation, audit, or automation setup purchase, follow the Start Here instructions linked on the product page, complete the required intake, and arrange scheduling through our contact form. The service is fulfilled only when the purchased consultation, audit recommendations, or tested setup has been delivered—not when an onboarding document is emailed.

Monthly managed automation

Capture Essentials, Growth Automation and Operations Pro require onboarding, review of supported tools, customer-authorized access and testing before the agreed workflows can be activated. Target activation estimates appear in the individual product listings and run from complete onboarding; they depend on compatible tools and approvals. Ongoing reporting and adjustments are limited by plan scope.

Requirements and support

Editable documents require compatible Word and Excel applications. Online meetings require internet connectivity. Any third-party software or messaging costs are separate unless clearly stated. Contact MeridianCrest if a digital file is inaccessible or an agreed service is delayed; we will investigate in line with our Refund Policy.
